Ferro Silicon Barium Description
Ferro silicon barium inoculant is a kind of FeSi-based alloy containing certain amount of barium and calcium, it can remarkably reduce the chill phenomenon, generating very little residue. Therefore, Ferro silicon barium inoculant is more effective than the inoculant that only contain calcium, in addition, it has same inoculating performance that the inoculant with higher content of barium and calcium would have. The combination of barium and calcium has better control on the chill than the inoculant containing calcium only has.

Ferro Silicon Barium Feature
1. ferro silicon barium with high activity, it is a long-acting and efficient inoculant in the production of cast iron. 1t barium-silicon alloy can economically replace 1.5t ferro silicon.
2. SiBa inoculant is suitable for gray cast iron and ductile cast iron.
3. SiBa alloy is used for steelmaking deoxidation, and the added amount is 35%-50% of 75# ferrosilicon high utilization rate and strong desulfurization ability, better than CaSi alloy

2. Special product can use moistureproof bags or barel moistureproof bags.
